姚灿棋，工学博士，广东工业大学“青年百人计划”A类引进教师。
研究领域：智能电网、智能交通系统、交通电气化、随机/鲁棒/分布鲁棒优化在电力-交通融合系统的应用

长期从事电力和交通系统的规划运行、复杂网络调度优化，并取得了一系列成果。博士师从杨再跃教授，博士后师从潘凯教授（国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目B类获得者），博士后研究获香港理工大学 Postdoc Matching Fund Scheme 资助。迄今以第一和主要合作者身份在 IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems、IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid、IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification、IEEE Internet of Things Journal、Applied Energy、American Control Conference 等国际顶级学术期刊和会议上发表学术论文 10 余篇，其中第一作者论文 9 篇（中科院 1 区TOP期刊论文 7 篇，EI 会议论文 2 篇）。申请国家发明专利 3 项，授权 1 项。近5年以合作作者发表中科院1区论文5篇（主要合作者包括美国亚利桑那大学、荷兰埃因霍温理工大学、香港理工大学、南方科技大学、香港中文大学（深圳）及华南理工大学等高校学者）。参与国家自然科学基金项目，国家重点研发计划，香港研究资助局项目和深圳市稳定支持计划重点项目等。
