主要从事纳米光子学领域电磁超构材料的研究,具体包括:
² 利用手性微纳结构操控透射光的偏振态,通过设计手性结构实现圆二色性(CD),圆转换二向色性(CCD),非对称透射/单向传输特性(AT)等手性,用于手性药物分子的探测识别和可见光通讯中的单向传输等;
² 基于电控石墨烯(Graphene)的可调谐微纳传器件,用于传感探测,监测报警和偏振编码等;
² 基于电控/温控相变材料(VO2,Ge2Sb2Te5)的微纳结构,用于大数据存储,信息加密、再现和成像显示等;
² 超薄氮化钛(TiN)薄膜的电学调控,用于设计近红外和可见光波段的可调谐微型器件。
