汪志波，1987年11月生，博士，教授，硕士生导师，博士后合作导师，广东省珠江人才计划-引进高层次人才，《Mathematical Problems in Engineering》（SCI）和《中国理论数学前沿》期刊编委，广东省青年科学家协会理事，广东省计算数学会理事，学校管理人文学部学术分委会委员兼秘书，美国数学会Mathematical Reviews评论员（编号：163895）。主要从事偏微分方程数值解法等方面的研究。2016年1月以“青年百人A类”人才计划引进，主持国家自然科学基金2项、广东省自然科学基金4项等10余项科研项目，以第一或通讯作者发表论文50余篇，其中ESI高被引论文7篇，论文总引用量1100余次，H指数21，i10指数23。

- Description of Research Group:偏微分方程数值计算科研团队主要研究分数阶偏微分方程、积分微分方程、非线性偏微分方程、延迟微分方程、非局部理论、密度泛函理论、随机动力学、神经动力学等的数值方法。
目前团队主要成员有8人，其中教授1人，特聘副教授2人，讲师5人，包括“广东省珠江人才计划引进高层次人才”1人，校青年百人A类3人、B类4人。团队先后在SIAM Journal on Scientific Computing、Journal of Computational Physics、Journal of Scientific Computing、Applied Mathematics Letters、Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics、Applied Numerical Mathematics、International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos、Applied Mathematics and Computation、Computers and Mathematics with Applications等期刊发表论文90余篇。
