讲师华南理工大学与美国密歇根大学联合培养博士美国密歇根大学博士后,广东工业大学青年百人引进人才。以第一作者已发表SCI论文8篇,其中高被引论文1篇,包括Journal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryFood & FunctionCarbohydrate Polymers等食品领域知名期刊,申请发明专利并授权4件,Food & FunctionInternational Journal of Biological MacromoleculesSCI期刊审稿人。作为主要参与人荣获广东省科技进步二等奖,中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖,中国粮油学会科学技术二等奖。参与2项国家自然科学基金面上项目,2项广东省省级科技项目等。目前主要从事植物性芳香精油的开发利用淀粉资源的深加工技术研究
