Yulong Luo is a Lecturer in the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at Guangdong University of Technology and a National Registered Urban and Rural Planner. He received his B.Eng., M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees at Tongji University, and studied at the Georgia Institute of Technology as a visiting Ph.D. student during his doctoral program.
From 2007 to 2012, he worked as a planner at Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning & Design Institute. His teaching and research focus on urban and rural planning, and urban roads and transportation planning, with interests in TOD, housing and community, and low-carbon cities.
